ASAP repair and maintain a large range of electronic devices for industry, ranging from Power Supplies, through Visual Displays to Paint Shakers. As all of our engineers are trained, qualified and experienced in multiple branches of electronics our British Standards registered workshop is able to offer repair services where other repair companies might not be so willing or able.

ASAP are one of a few remaining facilities that still offer component level repair. True component level repair can often reduce the cost to our customers when compared with module replacement and is essential when dealing with older equipment where replacement modules are no longer available. Turn-around times are usually three to five days but when you need a faster service we offer sameday, 24 hour and 48 hour priority turn arounds for a small surcharge.

Reactive repairs where fast turn arounds and a quality repair are essential
Pro-active repairs where a quality repair is backed up by a logistics process that solves the problems before they arise

Back to basics – we diagnose the actual electronic fault causing the problem
Build the fault picture – are we looking at a failed component which was the cause or simply part of the effect?
Formulate - a repair plan that gets to the root cause of the problem and over-comes the failure, upgrading vital components where possible
Implement - the repair plan to British Standards ISO9001:2008
Test - thoroughly test our solution in the workshop
Monitor the repair’s effectiveness when utilised
Monitor subsequent failure rates
Analyse – fault trends

Single Repairs

For mission critical equipment we offer a priority repair service of sameday, 24 hour or 48 hour turn around. We’ll move heaven and earth to get your repair completed on the timescale agreed.

Repairs to specialist one off equipment like PC controlled CNC machines are a regular requirement and we’re not phased by the make, model or type of system involved. As long as we can test the repair has been successful we will take on the repair and get it up and running reliably and cost effectively; you may not have a spare machine so we understand that time really is money.
